Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled appointment value. Missed appointments and no-shows will be charged at 100% of the scheduled appointment value.

7-Day Review Policy

We want you to feel completely confident with your service. If you have any concerns, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment. This gives our team the opportunity to assess your service and work with you to address the concern appropriately.

Clothing & Personal Belongings

To help protect your clothing and personal belongings during your appointment, we kindly recommend avoiding high-value or delicate garments. While our team takes every reasonable precaution, the salon cannot accept responsibility for damage to clothing or personal belongings.
